Always something fun to buy. Great customer service who have no problem calling vendors to check for deals. Recommend on your next antique store trip.
This is a great store. That being said, they have just run afoul of my “keep your business hours up to date” policy. I arrived a good 20 minutes before the closing time on the window and the closing listed in Google maps. Instead of adhering to their stated business hours and potentially receiving my money, they said 5:30 was their closing time (despite everything posted). This means I can no longer recommend shopping here despite the fact that I have purchased multiple pocket watches over the years. I come here on my way through Reno once or twice a year, so this was very disappointing. I saw multiple people try and enter the store during stated business hours only to get turned away, who knows how much could have been made. If you plan on going here, don’t rely on stated or posted hours.
Went in yesterday, not expecting to sell some of my old pocket watches that I found in the storage unit that I was cleaning out walked out with $80 can’t beat that with a stick. The staff are very nice and professional. Can’t wait to see them again.
I love how packed all the booths are. Really makes it feel like digging for treasure in the shelves and displays. Literally cannot ever walk out of here without something cool to put on my shelf at home.
