Max has been teaching our daughter drums for over two years now, and she absolutely loves him. She is always excited to go to her lesson every single week, which says a lot for a young child. Max is incredibly professional, dedicated, and most importantly, very patient with our little one. He knows exactly how to engage and motivate young learners while helping them build real skills and confidence. We’re so grateful for the positive impact he’s had on her love of music and would highly recommend Max to any parent looking for a fantastic drum teacher.
My son has been spending 2 good years learning drums with Max. He is super helpful, understanding and flexible. A lot of improvement can be seen when my son practices at home. I would recommend coach Max to everyone who wants to learn drum.
Have just started vocal lessons with Danny and I am really enjoying them! I am learning so much after just a few lessons and I can hardly believe how much my confidence has improved already. Danny is a lovely coach, explains things well, remembers and cares about your goals and interests, and constructive criticism never even feels like criticism :D Danny is also so kind and encouraging which helps me feel really comfortable, despite the inevitable nerves showing up to these first few lessons. Highly recommend Sono!
I started drum lessons with Max this year to try out a curiosity I've had since I was a child. It was so much fun, and Max is great at tailoring lessons to fit your needs and personality - music pieces included! He's really friendly and great to talk to, too. And the Sono team are really good at communicating to help you get started and sort out lessons and if you have any questions.
Returned to Sono at the start of the year after a hiatus from singing. Such a fantastic place to learn! The building is modern and kitted out with several small sound treated rooms. My singing teacher, Emma, is fantastic. Her attention to detail and ability to pick out the exact techniques I need to use to achieve a certain sound are incredible and have certainly helped with my progress. Would recommend Emma and Sono to anyone hoping to get into singing!
