The instructors for the Stage 1 Karting School were excellent. I think my grandson gained a great deal of confidence and knowledge from them. There was plenty of seat time for him to get accustomed to the Lo206 karts. I do have a problem with the course lay out; the Tic TacToe extension is not optimum. i would recommend that you go back to the original course lay out for the National course. Also, why have you done away with the arrive and drive kart rentals? The $60 track rental and pay-per-session fee was a decent bargain. If it's because Diego is no longer there than you need to find a kart technician that can replace him. You are going to lose business in the end by not having this for those of us that don't have the money to race in a formal league race season. Mark Spindler - Ukiah, CA
This was such an amazing experience. For anyone on the fence, don’t be - Jeff is not only a former champion racer, he’s also passionate about teaching and actually takes notes on every driver and works with you on being better. This class was the perfect balance of track time and instruction, at no point did I feel time was wasted or I wished I had more laps. Noticing your improvement over the course of the day is incredibly rewarding.
My son participated and thr experience was awesome. Staff is super friendly and helpful
I really enjoyed the experience! I did Stage 1 of the karting program and Jeff and Brian were really great teachers and guides. I was kind of daunted because I suspected I would be one of the only or few women in the group. But everyone was really polite and welcoming, and the instructors didn't let gender impact their lessons or expectations. If you're worried about it being a "bro" environment, don't worry, it's not! It's definitely for everyone.
Awesome experience. The instructors are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The important from the first lap to the last lap is real. My two sons made a tremendous improvement throughout the day. The one improvement I would love to see is timed laps for all drivers. This would give validation to changes made on the track and support technique improvements. You get plenty of driving with this course.
