Soul Pilates - Paintworks est un studio accueillant à Bristol, situé au 107 Paintworks, proposant du Reformer Pilates et d'autres cours connexes dans un espace moderne et élégant. Les instructeurs sont salués pour leur écoute, leurs conseils clairs sur la posture et l'adaptation des séances à chaque membre. Décrit comme chaleureux et familial, et soutenant à la fois les débutants et les pratiquants expérimentés, avec des coachs remarquables dont Katy, Seve, Nic, Lydia et Beth.

Soul Pilates offer a fantastic program of training - more like a family than an organisation. All the instructors are brilliant - careful & thoughtful with everyone in the class and concerned to see improvements and good form whilst checking in on everyone’s needs. Paintworks is my local studio and has been my introduction to Reformer Pilates. It’s been a challenge as I came from a fairly low point of fitness but using the equipment and improving has been a really encouraging process. I’d recommend anyone to try a session or program at Soul Pilates whether you’ve experienced Pilates before or are an entire beginner.
All of the classes at Soul are of the highest quality. I’ve been a member for a while now and the standard of every class and every instructor is phenomenal. Recently my regular class has been Katy’s and she is outstanding! I love being a member of Soul and I recommend the studio to everyone ❤️

I love this studio and all the others; the space is very modern and stylish. Lydia and Beth are very professional and always pay attention to every detail and posture. 💓
Pilates has been a great addition to my fitness schedule and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. It has helped with my deep core strength and flexibility. I do classes and 1-2-1’s with Katy which are incredible!
