Dash Camera installation. Called on a Saturday and they squeezed me in same day. Amazing customer service and price! I normally hate dealing with dealerships or auto shops, but these guys were honest, transparent, fast and their prices were hard to beat. And their shop/waiting area was cool to hangout and relax!
Hands down top notch customer service! We got a 79Bike for my son and both Kim and Slim have been great thru the entire process. Our initial bike had a manufacturer defect and they handled our issue and resolved it within 24 hours! Honestly hard to find businesses that stand by their products but these guys are beyond great! He really took the time to understand what I wanted for my Tacoma — a clean, simplified setup that kept the truck feeling as close to stock as possible but with great sound quality. Instead of trying to upsell me, Slim actually recommended removing an amp and subwoofer I didn’t need. That honesty and expertise goes a long way. He dialed everything in exactly the way I wanted and made the whole system work flawlessly. If you want someone who actually listens, knows their stuff, and genuinely wants to help you get the right setup (not the most expensive one), ask for Slim. Highly recommend!
