I have only great things to say about Southern Premier Roofing in Raleigh, NC. Brent in sales and Andres the crew chief were both very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They worked with our insurance company for the evaluation and saw it through to the end. The installation crew worked tirelessly for 2 x 12-hour days to make sure the job was completed and done correctly. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards! Nice job Southern Premier!
we just replaced our roof by SPR. Marc, the sales person was never oversell, very polite, patient, honest and professional. He first found we had a leak in the roof, then accompanied the insurance adjuster to do the roof inspection. He also inspected my neighbor's house, but told them their roof doesn't need any repairs or replacement. Michele, the office lady was able to handle everything quickly. The entire process was very smooth. the installation work started as promised and completed on time. Higly recommend their service if you need to change your roof or have them inspected.
This is an amazing company. Very thorough and honest! The communication from Josh was great and Fabricio who did the repair was awesome. Very knowledgeable and super nice. Even though we were out of our warranty period, he didn’t want to charge us because he said it would be a simple fix. The issue was not related to the great work they did installing the roof originally. Not often that someone will take the time to come out for free! Highly recommend them for their stellar service!

SPR recently replaced my roof and repaired some inside ceiling work due to storm damage. Once my claim was approved by my insurance company, I searched for days trying to locate a roofing company and came across SPR. I submitted ‘Get A Quote’ from their website on a Friday and Michelle contacted me early the next Monday. Brent Fowler was my contact person, and he was so pleasant to work with. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the roof replacement process and assisted me with selecting the shingle color which was so helpful. Once the materials were delivered in my driveway, the team showed up ready to work and I was impressed at how fast they worked…. non-stop for hours and they finished my roof in 1 day. The team site leader/project manager showed me the pictures from a drone and my new roof looks fantastic!!! Team #2 came a few weeks later to repair the inside ceiling damage and it too looks amazing. I’m so happy with the results for both projects. This was definitely a 5 star experience and I highly recommend SPR to anyone that needs roofing work. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Michelle, Brent and the entire SPR team!!
