Greg came by house and fixed my sink and got my air-conditioned running less than 15 minutes. He was very professional and fast .I would recommend again. He gets 10 starts .
This is my second experience with Southern Triad Home Repair and it was as great as the first one. This Company is a joy to work with. A light was replaced, a fan installed, and a door fixed. Now I am looking into having a back porch installed. They are willing to do the work a little at a time and the price is very reasonable. I'm glad I called this company about getting my old bathtub replaced in a home I recently purchased. My experience was great from beginning to end! Bita was great very knowledgeable in renovations, so she was able to answer all my questions about product selection, pricing, etc. She worked on getting the quote to me, and the price was very reasonable and competitive compared to many of the other renovation & plumbing companies in the Triad! I ordered the new bathtub and accessories and had them delivered to my home, but Bita mentioned they could pick up any items for me, if needed. On the day of the installation, Greg & Amer arrived on time and went straight to getting rid of my old, ugly tub! They worked diligently throughout the day and were able to finish the new install & add new drywall, which looks even better than before! They shared updates at each stage of the install, showed me the tub was level, and let me adjust the hot water to my liking before covering the valves up. You can tell Greg prides himself on the highest quality workmanship, and if he did something that wasn't up to his standard, he would redo so it was perfect. (Most people would want to get things done ASAP and leave things sub-par or "good enough.") My new tub looks great, and everything works the way it should! The only thing I have left to do on my end is sand a few spots on the wall and paint since I basically demoed my entire bathroom before they came. (I can add another picture once I paint and put down my flooring.) I'm really happy I decided to go with Southern Triad for this renovation & I already have other future projects I'd love them to work on!
These folks are awesome! I had them change all my shutters for new ones, they were on time and followed all my instructions to the letter. Left the job clean and were very quick getting it done. Price was very reasonable. Not many contractors make me happy the first time, but I was impressed with this company and how they worked. I will use their services again.
