We took our 5 month old puppy here for his first grooming appointment. We were very happy with the entire experience. The facility is awesome, and the staff is very friendly. Elijah was the one who took care of our puppy. They were able to answer any questions we had and did an excellent job with the grooming. The appointment lasted about 4 hours, so now we know for next time that it will take around that long. I thought pricing was very fair. I am happy to have found a great place to take our new puppy.
Best place I’ve ever gone to. Dedicated staff, dedicated owners. They haven’t missed anything. It just doesn’t get any better than this. And every time I’m there, the staff demonstrates how they “know” their regular customers and are very personally invested in making this a premier dog services one-stop shop. Btw: they are fairly priced and not pushy ever. My groomer is Elijah, and she is completely dedicated to making my dog look and feel terrific when he’s groomed — including her treat of an occasional blueberry bath! That did it— I’m all in! Glad I could write such a great review to a place that truly deserves it!
Our two boys couldn't be happier than when they arrive at daycare, and just as bounding and happy when we pick them up. We love that they are with other dogs of similar size and energy, and we no longer worry about larger dogs and the kinds of injuries mixing all dogs together can lead to. We love Spa Paw & Tail attention to this dynamic and have complete trust in our dogs well-being and safety here! It is a tremendous relief for us. The customer care, scheduling, and overall service is fantastic, both for daycare and boarding. We love having our two little guys in such a wonderful and safe environment! Highly, highly recommended.
I dropped Otto off for a couple days over the Fourth of July. I thought it would be quieter and less stressful for him, than being home in our neighborhood with what sounded like a war zone outside our front door. I was surprised when I called as late as I did that they were able to accommodate us and fit him in.
My dog Laney is going to here for daycare, grooming, and boarding and only here! She loves coming here and she's always so happy when I pick her up. The staff is incredible and they call Laney "Miss Smiley" which I love. At my first boarding appointment, they were great explaining what they needed from me and offer so many services during Laney's stay to give her special care. The groomers are also miracle workers. Laney hates when I try to cut her nails and trim her paws but these groomers can get both done without Laney giving them any trouble.
