I have been coming here for years as a local. The spa staff is professional and courteous and the masseuses are very talented, the best in town. The atmosphere is relaxing and pampering, as one would hope from a spa. Highly recommend.
Went here for my birthday with my partner. Her and I utilized the amenities before our couples massage appointment. We could utilize the amentities before and after your appointment, which was cool. The place had 3 floors. The first floor had the locker room, showers, steam room, hot tub and a cold plunge. The second floor had all the treatment rooms, a Himalayan Salt Room and the lounge room. While the third floor had an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a relaxation room and the salon. The Swedish Massage was really good, our massage therapists applied just the right amount of pressure. Had a pedicure after the massage since it was part of the birthday package. Was welcomed with a birthday cupcake by my nail technician, Mandy, she was very friendly and helpful; top notch service. Would recommend this place. The price for the birthday package wasn't too bad, it was $195.

I made this 5 star review 6 years ago, and im back in town 6 years later to leave another one. Kat is an amazing aesthetician. My brazilian was quick, and she was professional, and honestly, the whole thing was perfect for services. Not to mention the entire 2 days I spent at the spa itself. Hot tub and cold plunge therapy is a must for relaxation, vanities and showers, and every amenity you can think of... I used to work here, and it's no wonder at all why people travel from all over to come to spa toscana. I've been to California, Florida, other spas in Reno, virginia, and there are ZERO spas like this. Nobody beats it. It's the fact that the staff care for every single little need with a smile. Hosts and hostesses: You absolutely rock, from cleaning up to finding everybody for their appointments, to caring for everyone as they were yourself. Youguys seriously are top-notch and butt kicking spa angels. Manager Rachelle and director Bridget, who used to be a massage therapist there are both phenomenal - it's clear that their leadership really drives the customer service from top down. I was delighted to see some of the same faces still here. Much unlike the majority of Reno, this spa really has a place in my heart. I love everyone here, and even on those busiest days where EVERYONE and their moms come to this beautiful place from EVERYWHERE, the atmosphere NEVER fails.
Wow, have been here a few times. Last time was shocked. Men's locker room was a mess. I go to Atlantis and here, I will no longer go here. This mess laying around in mens area for HOURS, not a few mins after people left. Trash in spa area, towels etc.. ICK.. I did see the attendants standing behind their counter chatting and not cleaning. When I commented to one in the spa area, he said he had been busy.. ugh..
