I came in dealing with a lot of anxiety already, my nerves were wrecked. But Katherine helped me completely forget about everything. Her energy is so peaceful. I’m so thankful for her. The location itself was very calming and customer service was phenomenal.
Everything was wonderful. I am able to truly relax. My massage therapist pressure was prefect. I also enjoyed the relaxation area with the hot neck shoulder wrap and tea.
honestly i’ve gotta say — the experience was overall so comforting and well explained. the front desk lady kind of just went with the flow trying to explain things to me but the waiting room for the women and men are gorgeous!! they provide you robes and slippers in your lockers, although i wasn’t fond of using their shoes so i stuck to mines! Charles came and got me from the room and asked me my preferences once more to make sure he’s got it. he also asked me where im most tense at which i very much appreciated!! he was very nice and i loved it.
I went with my daughters for a girls day and we all had phenomenal massages. Paige was my therapist and was fantastic, the massage rivaled (if not surpassed) a local renowned hotel spa. The spa suggested arriving 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork and enjoy the lounge. I would give yourself 20-30 minutes for your first time The entire experience was so wonderful that I signed up as a member of their wellness plan. I’m already looking forward to returning!
I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Alisia! She made sure I was comfortable, reminded me to take deep breaths, and explained everything so I always knew what to expect every step of the way. I’ve had a lot of massages, but this one really stood out because of how Alisia tailored my experience and was so attentive to my needs. Her technique was both deeply therapeutic and incredibly calming — I left feeling completely rejuvenated and at peace. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I can’t recommend her highly enough and will definitely be booking again soon!
