I have been bringing my motorcycles to Glenn and the guys at Spec 1 for several years and every single time it is excellent service with a quick turnaround and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend. kk114
Awesome, friendly, professional and fast service. Glenn and his guys are outstanding. I actually had to pull my bike out of this other shop, because the owner or manager wouldn't communicate with me. My bike was just sitting there, not being worked on, collecting dust. You won't have that problem here. Dropped it off at 11:00, got a call at 1:00 and picked it up at 1:30. Rode it out smoother than ever. I won't trash that other shop. I'll just say, don't bother going anywhere other than here.

This is the BEST motorcycle shop I've dealt with hands down! The owner Glen is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very fair when it comes to labor cost. I can not thank the team at Spec-1 enough for getting my bike back to being road ready! Thank You Thank You Thank You! Spec-1 is who I'll recommend for any motorcycle issue! No hesitation.
Had 3 gouges on my front rim. One on each side and one where the wheel weights were taken off (see pics). I delivered the tires already off the motorcycle for a quick turn around considering they said it will take a month just for a tire change if it's not off the motorcycle. I was charged $35 per tire compared to the $25 at cycle gear equipped with tire machines. Cycle gear will change your rim if its damaged upon install, so driving there is an incentive insurance for your rims and sake of mind. I've had my bike serviced far from the bay area where you ride your bike, pick a set of tires, and have them remove and install the tires within the same hour with out the door pricing of $350. All I'm saying is, look somewhere else unless you're in a pinch.
