The team at Spectrum is outstanding. From my call and the way I was helped, to the quick quote turnaround, and through out the scheduling and service process these folks were true professionals. Brought two of my vehicles here so far. Prompt service. Friendly and explained everything so I could understand. (I’m not a car person). Reasonable prices, much lower than the dealership. Definitely recommend and will be back with any other issues!
Our mechanic retired. Then, we had a stabilitrak error and had to find a new place to service our 2010 Suburban. Based on the Google reviews, Spectrum Car Care was highly rated and we decided to give them a try. So glad we did! Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick service. Based on our experience, the price was reasonable. It's peace of mind to have found a new place for our future car repairs and service needs. We have already recommended them to others we know.
Spectrum Auto Care was recommended by a buddy for my truck’s 60,000-mile service, and I’m glad I took his advice. I’m not a car guy, but the detailed inspection—with photos—and the clear breakdown of what needed attention now, later, and what was in good shape made it easy to decide which services to move forward with. If you’re looking for a mechanic, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! As a woman, I was looking for a mechanic shop I could trust as I know nothing about cars and have experience dealing with people just trying to rack up the bill. I can truly trust them with all my truck needs. Today was my third time bringing my truck in, just wanted them to look at the tires & and oil change. The first question Michael asked after looking at it was “how long do you plan on keeping the vehicle?” With that, his recommendations were not to worry about replacing at this time. He said that the truck is not going to break down but did make me aware of things that would need attention in the future. Michael and Gabe are super friendly & personable. I will be bringing it back in the coming days for an alignment after getting new tires. 10/10 recommend! Very quick, efficient, & integrity unmatched!!!
