This car wash did an outstanding job on my new car. The crew working were all friendly and helpful. Even walked over to see if I needed anything. The environment is clean and well kept. Highly recommend and will be returning
Incredibly disappointed with my experience at Splash2o. On March 31, I purchased a 3-car wash "Protect" package with one free wash—4 washes total for $65. 7/29, I tried using my first wash, but the machine required a 5-digit code, while I was given four 6-digit codes that didn’t work. The associate, was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, letting me through for the wash. He even shared that many customers face the same issue with expiring codes. While I was vacuuming, the associate followed up, saving me a call by contacting management (who weren’t on-site). They pointed him to a 90-day expiration notice buried in small print at the bottom of the website, far below the four package options. I chose the top "Protect" option and never saw this clause—neither the receipt nor any post-purchase screens mentioned it! I checked my email receipts and the current website (screenshots ready), and this lack of transparency is unacceptable for a $65 purchase. I’m out three washes and frustrated, but the associates kindness is appreciated. I’m writing this to urge Splash 2O to improve clarity and protect customers. I'm also looking for a better resolution. I did email them with a similar message to this review looking for a resolution on 7/29. No reply yet.
Visited Splash2o during my lil vacation stay here at Virginia Beach, and I must say these guys are amazing! Noah had fantastic customer service and showed me around, they even have a station for complimentary chemicals, microfiber towels, and dash board wipes!! Highly recommended for those visiting the VA beach area looking for a nice detail to ride around clean.. everything you could hope for in a car wash!!
Horrible management. Went today and bought the most expensive wash as I have probably 100 times over the last several years and for the first time it left some gunk on the hood of my car. I went right back to ask to go through again and no one was around so I got out of my car and walked up to the garage door, not even in the door but as soon as I approached a nasty lady blonde hair with an accent, came running out the office door saying GET OUT THIS IS A PROTECTED AREA (there wasn’t even another car around) anyway then I showed her my hood and she said “this is sap this isn’t coming off. I told her it’s not sap she said yes, it is and then tried to offer me some other product. The thing is the car wash took off 75% of whatever it is, it just needed a little more. Super condescending and rude. Last time I’ll be using this car wash for sure. Also it just really didn’t do a good job. Pics taken right after coming out. $25 for this?!
Great customer service, extremely satisfied! I paid $9 for the wash and the vacuums were free with no time limit on them! I’m pretty sure I was there for over an hour enjoying the unlimited vacuum time! I got a chance to thoroughly clean the inside of my vehicle without trying to beat the clock! I’ve been to a car was nearby and paid $30 and wasn’t satisfied at all!!! So paying $9 and being this happy you guys have a forever customer! ( it’s $3 extra to do the tire shine and all that good stuff but the basic worked just fine for my needs)
