Brilliant service from start to finish. Abdou and Bemba did an excellent deep clean of our new home before we moved in. Everything was spotless and clearly done with real care and attention to detail. They were professional, friendly, and very thorough. The house genuinely felt fresh and ready to move into. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much Bemba and Lulu for amazing work today. After struggling with mental health, I did an one-off deep cleaning with carpet cleaning and it was worth every penny. The flat is spotless-clean everywhere, carpet is refreshed and all shower/bathroom things (shower heads, tabs) are sparkling like new (this is a very old victorian conversion flat!). I'll definitely book again with Bemba and Lulu. Thank you so much!
Superb experience, from start to finish. Maury called me back and explained everything, following up with a WhatsApp message that provided all the detail. They gave a competitive quote and most importantly, a brilliantly thorough clean of my (let) property... Also worth noting that they turned up on time, with a great team, that were easy to communicate with, went over and above where possible and stayed to show me around and inspect when complete. Highly recommended.
Genuinely such a fantastic service (I had an end of rental clean done in our rented 2 bed flat). CLEANING - this was done to a high standard. I requested nothing additional, but the quality Ben was cleaned spotless as was the fridge and stains were lifted from upholstery. The two cleaners spent 4.5 hours cleaning our 2 bed flat, and it was as good as new went they left! So worth the money SERVICE - the two people who came to clean were so lovely and friendly. They brought their own food and drinks (and disposed of they own mess) and their own cleaning equipment. They were nice and respectful of being in someone’s home. Also, the person who arranged the visit was quick to respond and so flexible (I needed to change the date with a few days notice, and they got it sorted for me with no added charge). PRICING - all the pricing is upfront on the website. I got quotes from several other companies where the price list online showed them as cheaper - but with loads of hidden fees (VAT, added charge for having carpets, added charge for having windows etc) - one quote rose from the online stated £135 to over £300. This company are honest with their pricing, everything is included, and it is cheaper than anywhere else. I have had end of rental cleans done before, but never has it been to this standard and with so much time given to it. I so recommend this service to anyone in Bristol needed a house clean, especially end of rental clean.
Gina and Glorius did an amazing job deep cleaning the flat for end of tenancy! It’s a 1-bed flat, it took them about 6-7 hours from start to end. They turned everything back to new, especially the oven, cooker hood and hob. Fridge freezer is immaculate. Floors, windows, mirrors, carpet, even under and behind the washing machine. I cannot fault. Will definitely book again. Thank you for an excellent experience! 👍👍👍
