We used splendid hire for our wedding, the quality of caterhire on offer was head and shoulders above what is available across Scotland (and to be honest the rest of the UK). The range has been perfectly curated by the Sam, Jo and Nick with some amazing pieces that made the design of the tables and venue sublime. The team walked us through the whole process, they have a studio in central Edinburgh where you can view everything and Jo thankfully provided some design advice. The organisation is brilliant, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition despite being sent back used! Thanks to all the team!
Fantastic products delivered with no fuss, the best cater hire outside of London. It is a little pricier than most other places, but you get what you pay for. Splendid Hire provided me with Glassware, table clothes, trays, and cutlery & crockery. They have a great range of options which went well beyond anything else I have seen in Scotland in terms of imagination and creativity. The particular highlight for me is the glassware. There is just far more variety on offer; something for all themes! I even received an invite to the warehouse to see everything they have to offer, well worth taking them up on it!
Splendid Hire have provided a range of their glassware, cutlery and crockery at the venue which is not only of very high quality but also offers unique items too. We particularly love the bud vases and salad bowls from Crail Pottery. The cordless lamps add something different to tables which is not normally found in Scotland.
