We hosted our daughter’s birthday party at Splitsville Bowling, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service was exceptional, very organized, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Claudia, who went out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism, patience, and care made the entire event stress-free and memorable for both the kids and the parents. Splitsville is an excellent venue for children’s birthday parties. The lanes were well managed, the atmosphere was fun without being chaotic, and the food was surprisingly good for a bowling venue. Most importantly, the level of service truly stood out. It is rare to find staff who are so engaged and proactive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, fun, and well-run place to host a kids’ birthday party. We will absolutely be back.
I booked a time slot ( 2 lanes total 12kids) back in end of October (for a Dec 14 2025 time slot) thru their website , paid everything and got email confirmation . However, when I approached the counter on Dec 14 2025 , everything seems a mess, the staff keep mentioned that I still have to pay and only one lane has been booked. When I told her that I paid online , she even accused me that I called a day before to cancel one lane. After 15 mins back and forth, they finally clear everything out and finally got the lane opened for the kids. Since that is only a 90mins time slots, I prefer to have food and drinks serve ASAP, however it takes at least 20mins to get the pizza ready. One good thing is the bowling lane is working fine and kids are happy about that. I booked the "Bowling and Arcade package". After kids finished bowling, they would like to start the arcade games.. Those games seems fun. BUT.. another problem ... those arcade cards provided seems all empty. (not loaded, as per the package description, it should have 200 credits and 200 tickets pre-load). Kids were so disappointed. The I have to talked to the counter again and wait for them to reload all the cards. Although at the end all kids are happy and satisfied.. (one good thing I have to mentioned is the young staff at the "gift redeem desk" is very good) However for the parents, I think the experience is not so great. I think lack of training is one of the weak point and those staffs seems not taking their job very seriously. Unless there is huge improvement on their services, otherwise I would like recommend this place.
We attended a 60th birthday party at Splitsville and we all had a fantastic time! Good music, good food, good drinks & great bowling extravaganza! Can't wait to go again soon.
The staff was the friendly I’ve had the experience of interacting with for a long time now. Bart and Purneet really made our experience extra ordinary. The arcade games were top notch, the bowling lanes were nice and the food was better than expected. Overall a very fun experience ! Would love to visit again.
The best bowling experience ever!! I threw a surprise bowling birthday party for my boyfriend and the staff and service were phenomenal. Thank you kindly for taking in my lane requests and serving food promptly after ordering. We had an absolute blast! Shoutout to David the Manager for being so kind and helpful with the gear and experience. YOU THE MAN !! 🫶🫶
