If I could give this place negative stars, I would, starting with Faviola and her extreme rudeness. It is obvious from what she told us and her reaction that she has been in conflict with other customers, as we had to do. Thankfully, we did not pay cash and used a credit card, which allowed us to recover over 25K in material costs we never received, as they did not want to refund immediately. Heed my warning and stay far away from this place, as they are frauds and scammers like no other.

They installed the most stunning engineered hardwood flooring in my home, and the results are beyond beautiful. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient — the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Every crew member was courteous, respectful, and left my home spotless. Most importantly, the craftsmanship is outstanding. My floors look flawless, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly, highly recommend S&S to anyone looking for quality work and amazing service!
