The staff and the owner are extremely helpful and great listeners. They concentrate on area of the improvement and you will definitely see results. Try it and you will not regret it.
I recently had my first facial as part of my daughter's bridal party. Our estheticians were: Bailey (Dardenne Prairie location) and Ashley (Des Peres location). Bailey was my esthetician. Her calm voice, dark room, and soft music relaxed my mind, body and face. Bailey's facial application was gentle and soothing, warm and cool- never painful or uncomfortable. I felt so relaxed during my facial that I nearly fell asleep. After our facials, all of us in the bridal party had radiant and glowing faces. We marveled how our faces felt so fresh and clean, without redness! The next morning when I applied make up, I could clearly see that my pores were clear and my dry spots were no longer flaking. The entire bridal party was very pleased with the care that the we received and we loved our radiant results! All of the staff at St Louis Skin Solutions were professional and they truly created a memorable, joyful, relaxing bridal party experience for us!
I tried this business twice before making my review. Front staff is unfriendly. First appointment I brushed it off, but second appointment I received an even colder response. I was early for my appt, not late. They barely could muster a 'Hello' for me, it almost seemed like I did something wrong by walking in! Another customer came in a couple minutes after me, and the front staff not only gave her a cheerful greeting, but even checked to see if their room was ready. Very off putting for a new customer like me. The treatment offered no towel headband for hair. Maybe this is not typical for this particular business. The serums used dripped into my ears and hairline, and gathered at the back of neck, as well and soaked my shirt. It was a very cold and uncomfortable experience from start to finish.
Can’t thank the team at St. Louis Skin Solutions enough!! Their care for me during my treatment time has been incredible and they treat every patient like family. Went in for a wound that would not heal up and got steroid injections and laser treatment, all completely painless and well performed. Big thank you to Dr. Miller & Gwen Rohr for their care!
I’m not afraid of aging but I knew I could look a little better with some skilled help. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so incredibly professional and kind. The office is very pretty and has a great calm vibe. My procedure was painless and they continued to check in with me on my comfort etc. Maddy was so kind and SO TALENTED. I’m so excited to wake up and not hate the face in the mirror. I’m a client for life! Just an absolutely amazing staff and experience from beginning to end.
