We could not speak more highly of Standard! When we called and explained our heat was coming in and out with a newborn and toddler, Kenetra had Spencer to our house within three hours. He was professional, patient, and courteous. He had to come back out to fix our other heater four days later and was once again incredibly helpful and efficient. We were so impressed that we signed up for the yearly membership! Grateful to have this wonderful resource in our community.

Standard always goes above and beyond to ensure that all equipment is well maintained. Stuart was the tech that performed our maintenance. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection/maintenance process. I will always call Standard for any AC/ generator/ dehumidifier related issues.
