Very nice job on the cleaning. The tech was courteous, professional, and provided good tips for post care. He also provided a very thorough cleaning and didn’t rush. I appreciated that aspect. I just hope that it dries well as I have had issues with that in the past. It would be helpful to know the night before that the appt would be at 8:00 am instead of 15 mins beforehand. Since I didn’t receive notice the night before for an 8:00 am appt, I wasn’t ready. I can see that the 15 mins before works for a later appt but not for the first early appt..
I had a great experience with Stanley Steemer. The technicians were very professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They explained everything clearly and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely use their service again.
Javonte was so kind, quick and did a wonderful job on our living room carpet and staircase. He worked quickly and our common spaces look so nice! Just in time for hosting for the holidays.

Stanley Steemer completed the cleaning job on Oct. 21, 2025. It was too early to provide a review on the same day the job was done & carpet are still wet. Although we are not really impress after seeing the out come on the next day, The entire rooms were not cleaned wall to wall. The technician was very knowledgeable and took his time & explained the process. In spite the technician did a great job on most busy & heavy traffic areas, it lightened a bit as far as the dirty part. However, the other good areas (against walls & edges) of the carpet in the rooms, hallways & stairways were not ran by the steamer at all. As we don’t expect big furnitures will be move, no little furnitures (nightstands) were moved at all either. We noticed this on the same day they did the job as most carpet areas are dry and on the same condition. As a customer, when you paid for room to room, hallways & staircase. Steaming carpet should include all visible areas regardless of the size and to include good and dirty areas.
