If your TSA precheck hours are marked as 9-5 on weekdays, with no availability on the weekends, and the TSA-Clear website mentions "walk-ins are welcome" maybe consider having someone there who can help customers. This was an absolute waste of my time. Either have someone there, or make appointments mandatory.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Staples location. I came in around 8:40 PM to work on a quick print job, and the staff member at the print station was incredibly nice and helpful. She was just about to confirm if she’d received my emailed file so we could finalize the print and get the order in for me to pick up the next day. Unfortunately, the moment the clock hit 9:00 PM, a staff member named Denzel came over and was extremely rude. When I tried to explain the situation, he was completely dismissive and didn’t seem to care that we were just finishing up the order for the next day. Instead of giving us a moment to wrap up, he just insisted I leave immediately. It wasn’t just about the closing time,it was the way he spoke to me and dismissed what I was saying that made it such a negative experience. Overall, it felt really unprofessional and not what I expected from Staples.
Extremely rude employee last night at Amazon returns. No costumer service at all and I’m pretty sure she was the manager given that people were asking her to sign off on things. Made us bag our own things saying sarcastic things like “I can’t put stickers on clothes can I?” even though the bags were on her side of her counter! She was mad we had a couple Amazon returns. (3)
The 4 ladies and 1 gentlemen working on December 18th at night. Each did a wonderful job. The 4 ladies and the 1 gentleman each helped me out by going above and beyond all my expectations. I sincerely appreciate the great customer service, teamwork and professionalism. Each of these people have. They exceeded all my expectations. I’m definitely a loyal Staples customer over Office Depot.
Adriana in this store went above and beyond to assist me to print signage I needed for my wedding! She is truly all about customer service and was so thoughtful with everything! She deserved a raise and a gold metal!
