If it had not been for Brian, Statwide Roofing salesman, I would not have known that I needed to replace my hail damaged roof. He helped every step of the way. Contacting the insurance company, assisting the appraiser and setting up the work.
Called to get repair to vent pipe, just needed caulking. Roof was replaced 7 years ago. Brian went on roof looked around while on phone to Melinda trying to get quote on this and that. Came off roof and took ladder down and told me 3500 dollars. I told him someone was supposed to caulk pipe. Oh yea I saw that on work order. Why did you take ladder down? Went back up on roof and caulked 2 pipes, probably took the 3 to 5 minutes. Came down and asked me how does 350 dollars sound? Then proceeds to ask me for a good review. How can I give a good review if it's not raining so I can see if it leaks? 350 dollars to caulk 2 pipes!!! 3500 dollar estimate for things that are not needed at the time. I called for repair not major work. Edit to this review. You say that you didn't even want to do this job. Well you should change your website where it says "we'll tackle any roofing problem from small leaks to big fixes" You also said $350 was a discount and that it was only $300 so can I have the $50 back that I wrote a check for $350. You're basically saying if it's not enough money involved you're not interested. NICE

Very cooperative. Brian communicated very good and was always available to answer any questions. The workers were very professional and cleaned up very good. I would rate them 5 stars and recommend this company to anyone looking for a really good roofing contractor.
Thank you Terry and Brian for the good work on our roof. It looks great and clean after work is done. Took a day to finish. They handle everything with our insurance and easy to work with.
