I didn’t think anyone would be open because of the ice storm, but they answered the phone promptly and were able to have my delivery out within two hours of me ordering! So impressed. Great communication and very kind.

I got these flowers delivered on Saturday, September 13. By Monday, September 15, they were already wilting. So Tuesday, September 16, I called the flower shop and asked, "How long do you guarantee the flowers to stay fresh for?" The lady didn't understand my question until I said "so walmart, kroger, target, sams etc all the big chains have a "freshness guarantee" policy that if the flowers die before let's say a week they'll give you new ones or your money back" she said she didn't have anything like that in place and I said "okay because I got your card and it says if there's a problem to call this number and I am calling because I just received these flowers Saturday and they're already wilted" she went on to say that I was at fault for the flowers dying and that she didn't know the conditions of my house or anything. Mind you I have bought flowers from all over and have gotten some delivered to me and they've never wilted within three days. After getting tired of hearing her repeat over and over again how it is common sense to change the water EVERYDAY, I said "okay I didn't call to be blamed for the flowers dying, I called to see if you could do something about it and all I am hearing you say is how it was my fault they wilted and not that you will help resolve the flowers dying so soon so thank you never mind" and SHE IMMEDIATELY switched her tone to "OH. I never said I couldn't help bla bla bla" and she said she could bring by a new bouquet EVEN THOUGH I offered to pick it up because her shop is 6 minutes from where I live. She said to give her some time and she would deliver a new bouquet and not the vase, I said not a problem I still have my vase. I work from home. Wednesday and Thursday I didn't hear anything from her until I texted her Friday asking for an update. She said she could bring them by once I got home(screenshot attached). She never came. I texted her Saturday(TODAY) she didn't bother replying. Save your money and buy from somewhere else. She claimed that she got the flowers delivered Mondays and Fridays, my flowers should have lasted at least 5 days. I would have left a better review had she been more communicative but as you can see from the screenshot I was the one initiating conversation only to be ignored.
I’ve always appreciated and loved the bouquets I’ve received from here. It is always exactly how I pictured and more. The owner is super sweet, very patient, and always is extremely helpful when deciding what flowers to pair. I highly recommend!
I am so very happy with the work done on the arrangement that I asked for! It was perfect!! Couldn't have been any better if I was creative enough to do it myself, which I am not so I'm very grateful for Statice Flowers. Also you can't beat the value! I knew it would be pretty but it was so much more beautiful than I expected for the inexpensive price! I will definitely be using you again.
