I hired Steam Pro to clean my wood floors and couch. Brandon and Tanner did a fantastic job. I had an extra challenge of caked on cleaner and they went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. I’m very happy with my service.
Strange and unprofessional experience working with this company. Booked for a cleaning on the phone, the technician Eric arrives on schedule and informs us that certain stains cannot be removed, I respond that that should have been communicated before booking the service and asked if they offer any discounts/remediations due to their lack of transparency. He then connects with his boss and tells him "the customer told me they wont pay if the stains dont get removed" and then proceeds to tell me they will not be moving forward. I was shocked he said that in front of me on the phone and I clarified, again, that I was asking if they would offer a minor discount and never said I would not pay someone for their work. He then revised the final price and I signed the quote. The technician then went downstairs to supposedly grab the equipment and never came back upstairs. A complete waste of time and incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed and will not be recommending this place to anyone.
Fantastic job! Completely removed red wine stains from upholstery and drapery. It looks like the stains were never there. Highly recommended.

He arrived on time, explained each step clearly and handled the furniture with great care. The quality of the cleaning exceeded expectations, our upholstery now looks refreshed and restored, with even the most stubborn stains removed. The service was efficient and competitively priced. Overall SteamPro delivered an excellent service and special recognition goes to Eric for his attention to detail and courteous manner. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and high quality upholstery cleaning.
Such a great experience getting our sofa and rocking chair cleaned. Our couch was in pretty bad shape from the kids spilling things and looks brand new now’. Fri. The first call everything was really professional. I felt great leaving the guy alone in the other room while he cleaned. He worked so hard and I as very kind and didn’t care that I kept asking questions. 100% would recommend and will def have them back. I can’t believe I was going to spend so much reupholstering our rocking chair when all it needed was a professional clean.
