We put our home on the market during one of the slowest times of the year, and this team was able to bring the property to market efficiently and effectively, and we were able to get an offer quickly and at a price we were pleased with. This team uses data and strategy to market property. They tell you what is going on in the market and what is needed to sell your property based on what current market conditions are; this is unlike some other teams we have looked at, who may simply tell homeowners what they want to hear in order to get a property under contract. Stephen and his team are amazing. We have sold two homes now through Stephen. One 9 years ago and one recently. Both times we have asked him to tell us what he wants changed or removed to better show the house. His photographer does great work. Both times we have sold the first day we listed for more than our asking price. We have referred friends and family and they have all had great experiences too!
