A few years ago I decided to begin to give my daughter and my wife identical pieces of jewelry each year for Christmas. They enjoy wearing the same pieces from time to time and it has helped my daughter, who is now 23, build a small collection of her own. They absolutely love it and it brings me so much joy to do. I have always shopped for the pieces in person but it’s become more and more difficult. The process, the inventory (again I need two of the same piece), the customer service, return policies, and the overpricing of items have all become increasingly more of a challenge. I decided to take another approach this year. After researching the internet and “asking GROK” I reached out to Steven Singer Jewelers. I was able to view a large number of pieces online and when I had decided on the item I was interested in I called. Kim answered the phone and I told her my situation. She was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgable. I talked through what I was looking for and she suggested a couple of addition pieces that I should look at before I decided. This wasn’t an “upsell”. Some of the item she had me look over were less expensive than what I had decided to buy. She simply wanted me to see all the options that fit my need. I decided on a piece, it was different than the one I initially saw on the website, and I asked if they had two. She responded by saying that she had only shown me pieces that their inventory was more than one because she knew that I needed two. WOW, she had listened to me in the beginning! That is a lost art these days! I completed my purchase over the phone. Kim was very clear with the shipping process and the return policy. She was amazing! The items came quickly and were just as beautiful as they looked online. This experience was incredible! Outstanding service all around. Thank you Steven Singer Jewelers and thank you Kim. These roses are exquisite. They had done with amazing precision. I have bought many of these roses over the years for my wife and she loves them and I will continue to buy them for all of our special moments.
Visited during the holiday rush. The lady helping me was very professional and helpful. In and out in about 20 minutes. They even wrapped the jewelry in wrapping paper. Side note I've used online purchase route option before but didn't enjoy the required signature for delivery. The store visit was great.
I could not be more effusive in my praise for the products and service provided by the staff at Steven Singer. I needs the products order shipped quickly and Kim worked tirelessly to get the order properly shipped. When there was a minor problem, it was immediately resolved. The commercial tag line is accurate; they really are in the love business.
I have been buying gold dip roses for my wife for the past 6 years. I buy her one a year and she loves them. They have turned out so good and the customer service has always been great on everything else we bought.
