Five stars aren't enough for Santos! I was in a bind with my truck!!! multiple shops were quoting me upwards of $400 just to fix one window and its regulator. Santos not only beat that price, charging me only $300 for the window repair, but they also went above and beyond. They helped me finance essential engine sensor replacements, new spark plugs, and a full tune-up, all at a fair price. Their transparency, efficiency, and willingness to work with my budget truly saved me. My truck is running perfectly now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Santos has earned a customer for life!
I cannot recommend STOP AND GO AUTO enough! From an oil pan gasket leak to a full tune-up, Mr. Santos and the team provided exceptional service. I had been to other shops, like VIP on Rancho, where I was quoted around $2,500 for a diagnosis AND having my oil pan gasket replaced! However, Mr. Santos at Auto Stop and Go not only diagnosed the issue but also performed a tune-up, oil change, oil pan gasket replaced, new filters for LESS THAN $1,000. I am truly blessed to have found this place. The front counter guidance from Mr. Ismael made the entire process smooth and friendly. If you need assistance with your car, STOP AND GO AUTO is definitely the place to go!
I went here to get work done on a 2002 Honda Accord. The work they had to do was to just replace the ignition switch with a new one. It was recommended to me by my locksmith who programmed the keys for the said car. Here’s my experience: I talked to Santos over the phone and was given a 9am appointment, 8:30am came and I called him I was on the way, he told me to move it to 1:00pm because he forgot he had a doctor’s appointment. I came back at 1:00pm and he told me he couldn’t do it that day because they got stuck on a car because they received the wrong parts for it. I’m an easy person, so we scheduled another appointment again for the next day at 11:00am. I came back he opened up the car and did what he needed to do except HE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIX IT because he said I needed to buy another part for it. The worst part? I was charged a $100 because he said he had to take it a part and put it back on. So basically a payment for his inconvenience. I didn’t want to waste more time there cause I had things lined up for the day and I had my toddler with me so I paid and left a $100 less and 3 hours later. Today another mechanic was able to do the job for an hour with no new parts needed. Wow. The owner Anthony seems like a nice guy but he was also the one who charged me a $100. As a business owner I felt like after giving a customer inconvenience 3 times in less than 48 hours should not be something you tolerate or let happen. Very disappointing first visit. I would not recommend them to family and friends in Las Vegas. I demand a refund. Update: I talked to the owner today, and all I can tell everyone is to steer clear from this auto center/mechanic.
I found stop n go on the internet. I called for an appointment and was able to schedule for the same day. The staff was friendly and professional. I was very impressed by the hospitality and great prices for my auto needs. I will definitely be returning for more services in the future.
