We can’t even begin to express how unbelievably wonderful Bob and his entire team are. Everyone we worked with was phenomenal and went above and beyond what we could have asked for. Not only did they make this whole process super easy, but we truly felt that Bob had our best interests at heart and wanted us to get this house just as much as we wanted to get it ourselves, and we managed to get a spectacular arrangement with our new home. When beginning the daunting task of finding our forever home, I was overwhelmed. Once I met with Bob I knew my family and I had found the right person for the job. I appreciated his fun but business like demeanor. We looked at over 50 houses in a matter of 3 weeks. I went to look at a home with Bob and told him," I don't think we will be able to make this home work with our budget". Bob with a confident smile on his face said, "we can make it work". Bob called the agent that listed the home and they responded," We aren't taking anymore offers". Bob some how managed to get them to look at our offer and 2 hours later we found out that beautiful home was ours! I am forever grateful and while I don't plan on moving for the next 25 to 30 years, when I do I know who I am going to call. Thank you strait reality for getting my family and I our dream home, you all are truly amazing!
