I started with Bryce because of arthritis pain in my shoulders. He is very patient with me . He is knowledgeable in what he is doing. He always my questions. My pain level in my shoulders is now at a minimum. I highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough good things about Bryce and Victor and what they’ve done for my orthopedic health, fitness, and overall wellbeing. For years I maintained a high level of fitness while in the military. Now, at age 52, I’m able to maintain a similar level of fitness while investing only 30 minutes per week. I have been working with Bryce and his team for almost 2 years now and continue to be incredibly happy with my strength training program. Bryce and his team are professional, friendly, positive and very knowledgeable. I deal with some chronic pain issues and have to be careful with certain movements but Bryce and Victor are very sensitive to this and work with me to avoid any injury. I have a great deal of confidence in their tailored approach due to their expertise. I have noticed improvements in my pain levels and also my basic strength levels of doing every day tasks.
