I’m so happy I found STRONG Coppell! The second I walked in, I loved it! I’ve been doing Pilates with them since they opened at this location, and the entire team has been so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. The studio is beautiful, and the classes are amazing! There’s a lot of variety, so you can pick the class that fits you best. But the best part is that every time you leave, you feel energized and stronger! The instructors are truly the best, always cheering you on, making sure you’re doing the exercises correctly, and just really friendly. I can’t recommend it enough!

The instructors are so versatile and understanding. They're able to give you modifications and progressions throughout each class so you'll be successful.
