I am excited to complete this review. A big thank you goes out to Sam and his team for the electrical work they completed for my dad. I really appreciate how Sam showed concern for my father and worked hard to make sure he was happy with the work. He also came back a few times to make sure things were working properly. STS Electric exceeded my expectations with their Level 2 EV charger installation. Sam, the estimator, provided a transparent bid that was slightly higher than others but reflected their commitment to quality without cutting corners—I’m glad I chose them. Ana in customer service was fantastic, handling invoicing and ensuring everything was set up perfectly for my rebate application. The installation team delivered quick turnaround, excellent service, and open communication throughout. Highly recommend for transparency and quality workmanship!
STS was very professional, worked hard and consistently; they showed up on time and did excellent work. Sam communicated in a friendly helpful manner and followed through to make sure I understood what was happening and offered additional Assistance to ensure we had the best experience possible. I am so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend them!
STS helped when the circuit board blew on our rental. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, especially considering I couldn’t be there to check the work at the time. The final product was clean, well done and organized.
