I’m not easy when it comes to trusting people who work on my baby (Supra).. but the PPF was something I wasn’t comfortable doing myself. I called every place in the city and I landed with Studio A & there’s not a chance I’d ever take my car anywhere else now.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Studio A. During my conversation with them, they openly criticized another detail shop I was considering, which felt unprofessional. Later, I spoke with a friend who had Studio A apply PPF on his brand-new Tahoe, and he also had a negative experience. They made the same comments about their competitor to him, and on top of that, they didn’t even apply PPF to his mirrors. Studio A was cheaper than the shop I ultimately chose, and now I understand why. The saying is true: good work isn’t cheap, and cheap work isn’t good. Speaking poorly about competitors is unprofessional and reflects poorly on a business. I will not give them another opportunity to earn my business. Studio A applied PPF to the hood, bumper, headlights, and mirror caps on my new 2025 BMW X5 50e. The workmanship and service was exceptional. Clearly Tim and his team take pride in what they do and put their customers first. I would use Studio A without hesitation and recommend to everyone I know!
Second Review - December 2023: I just had another FANTASTIC experience with Studio A Louisville. This time they performed a detailed clay/clean of my 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning. They also applied PPF to the front end up through the A-pillars and ceramic coating everywhere else. They tinted my front windows and windshield and performed a full interior protection service. The new truck looks fantastic and with the help of Studio A I expect it to stay that way for years to come. Tim and his team will not let you down. I highly recommend them if you are looking to clean and protect your valued mobile assets. First review - February 2023: While waiting on car to be delivered I went and visited/called several companies to discuss PPF, Ceramic Coating and Window Tinting. After speaking with Tim about the origin of Studio A and the detailed processes he and his team go through with each vehicle I knew the search was over. I could not be more impressed or satisfied with the care and treatment that not only my vehicle was given but also how I was treated. They walked me through the entire process before, sent me photos during the process to show the car in stages and then spent a great deal of time with me afterwards explaining it all, giving me time to look over the vehicle and also to help me understand how to best care for my new vehicle after it had all this TLC given to it. Needless to say Studio A Louisville has a new customer for life. I will be taking all my vehicles to them and recommending them to my friends. You will not be disappointed.
