Michelle is incredible! I’ve been going to her for years now and she always gets my hair just right. Before her i often had trouble finding someone who could get ashy brown hair right and she nailed it. Incredibly grateful for her.

They make the check-in process smooth and always greet you with a smile. The entire salon is spotless, elegant, and truly luxurious—you can feel the difference as soon as you step inside. The atmosphere is relaxing, modern, and perfectly put together. And a special shout-out to Garrett, my hairstylist! I have been coming to Studio A for over a year now. Dane is my stylist and always does an amazing job with my hair — he has achieved my perfect color. Can’t say enough great things — highly recommend him and the studio A salon.
I did not feel cared for as a client or my concerns listened to :( And I'm not one to look for things to complain about--I hate having to say my dislikes--maybe it's because I'm not a celebrity or a rich client. I had my money pieces bleached and I liked the result. But, then it broke off and it looked like my hair got ripped from my scalp. I just wish I was told what I could've been doing to prevent it because i am completely new to hair altering (maybe tips like not having it bleached once a month, using cold water, or brushing it through). I tried reaching out for help through email but they gave unhelpful advice like just using hydrating shampoo. Not until I had to personally find the stylist's contact could I get some tips. Even then, I had to find outside help to get bangs cut to help hide it because the "curtain bangs" were still too long and the damaged locks can be seen. There are also times I tried calling the phone with no one picking up/no voicemail box set up. And for my most recent appointment I scheduled for right at opening over text and it was confirmed, I drive an hour over there, and they did not have me in the schedule which was frustrating. Even after I wait 2 hours for an opening as I was leaving from my appointment I overheard the receptionist making fun of my outfit. Therefore, it was best I was not asked to make a follow-up appointment :/
Michelle K has given me balayage a few times before and has done a great job! I was happy to follow her to Studio A. She always takes her time to do a thorough job and I have thick hair, so it’s not easy. I recently went from light brown/blonde highlights back to my very dark brown hair. I’ve never colored back to my natural tone but she did a great and thoughtful job with it. I’m very happy with the results!
