I’ve done all of my appointments with Teresa, and she’s been great from the start! From putting me at ease during my first wax to now becoming a regular, she’s consistently been friendly, considerate, and patient with any questions or issues that may arise. She gave me all the knowledge I needed to take care of my skin between appointments, and her method is fast and efficient so my appointments never take up too much of my day. Additionally, all of the employees who have checked me in at the front desk or who have interacted with me have been so kind and welcoming every time I come in for an appointment. I can whole-heartedly recommend this location and Teresa if you’re looking for a great experience!
I had my first sugaring session today and it was an amazing experience. I have been getting waxed for over a year now at a few different places and I have to say this was my favorite and best experience. No awkwardness in having a new technician Teresa made me feel welcome and comfortable and the conversation felt like I was reconnecting with an old friend. The service was quick and professional and the results were outstanding. I booked my second appointment on my way out. 10/10 recommend.
