Absolutely outstanding service! We could not be more impressed with this hot tub service company. Their technician showed incredible talent and professionalism — he came out at 7 PM at night when we were in a bind with a broken part that needed immediate attention. You could tell right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, had the right part on hand, and worked efficiently to get everything back up and running that same evening. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond like this. The level of skill, responsiveness, and kindness was off the charts. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, expert hot tub service — they truly saved the day for us!
Odd experience working with Dakota at Sullivan. There was minor damage to the cover of our hot tub on a service call and instead of accountability, Dakota blamed the age of the cover. It was a strange mix of defensiveness and blame on also the call itself. We had an issue with the tub draining after a power outage and Sullivan saying that was impossible unless there is a leak or crack. Ok, well if it is a leak and crack then possibly inspect those areas as a service/repair service? I’m not an expert in hot tubs. We purchased a house that had a new hot tub installed. Based on ChatGPT, it both noted reasons why it can drain and Sullivan as a servicer. Just found the experience to be oddly hostile.
Sullivan Waterworks is a top tier company for bespoke hot tubs and ice baths. Their attention to detail is unmatched. I personally have experienced the exceptional quality that they provide. I highly recommend.
