Ella has been my go-to for my eyebrows over the past few years, ever since she was recommended by a close friend, across 2 different shops and I’d follow her to the next! I've been coming to Ella for over a year since I moved to Austin - she's an amazing human and esthetician. My lashes are stunning, sometimes I don't believe they're mine, and they last such a long time for a lift and tint - also the cost, is competitive and affordable. I've had facials with amazing results. I changed how I care for my overly sensitive skin due to all her suggestions and feedback; I had a horrible rash develop over a portion of my face at one point, and it was so painful, when prescription creams and medications weren't working, Ella's advice really helped me dive into figuring out was going on. You can expect premier expertise, products without harmful ingredients, extensive knowledge, and the loveliest person.
I love getting facials from Ella! She is incredibly talented and a genuinely good person. I have very sensitive, dry skin and was nervous to get facials, but Ella only uses the best natural products that have never made my skin have a reaction. I also love every product I have purchased from the spa. You can trust Ella will always take great care of your face and soul.
I just had a facial with Alisa at Sun Up Skin Austin, I can confidently say this was the best facial I’ve ever experienced.. anywhere. From the moment I laid down, I could feel her intention, and skill. She is incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and has truly magical hands. I warned the esthetician multiple times that I was using strong tretinoin and would be in the sun, and asked to skip any peel. Despite that, she performed a chemical peel. I experienced severe burning during and after the treatment, was unable to travel for my planned trip, and now have permanent lasting skin damage that requires months of expensive medication. The burn is so deep that laser is not even an option. The physical and emotional impact has been long-lasting. If you care about your face and safety, I recommend going elsewhere.
