Contacted Sunergy Electric Services. We had a electrical issue. Billy showed up and was super professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issue super quick. I would recommend Sunergy to anyone. These guys are awesome!
I want to take a minute to share my experience with this company a few months ago. I called because I had a partial black out in my house. I waited a few days because I know hiring electricians can be expensive. So I started making calls. I found Sunergy in Fresno, CA, and I talked to Scott. He was amazing! I was in between jobs and told me he couldn't make it that day. But he walked me through how to reset my electrical box Over the Phone! Thank you soo Much Scott, you're the best, it worked! He saved me $250 bucks which I didn't have at the time. Next time I need an electrician. Sunergy will be my first call and I will gladly pay their fee.
Billy was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I had a weird issue with flickering lights that he'd never seen before but he had such a deep understanding of his work that he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. On top of that, he took the time to explain it all to me so I could understand what he was doing and why. I would not hesitate a second to recommend him and I'm so grateful to have found my go-to electrician!
We had an emergency with our breaker panel over the weekend, and had to shut our power off around 7 am on Sunday morning. Scott answered our call immediately, and had Billy over to our house within an hour and a half. Billy was amazing! He was so kind and so knowledgeable, and had us up and going in no time at all. We could not be more thankful! Would absolutely recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU!
After returning home from a trip out of town I found my outdoor fridge without power and a breaker popped. Of course it was after business hours. Sunergy was great about making sure I could save our contents over night so they could come first thing in the am and save me from paying after hour service fees and overtime. Billy was prompt the next morning and extremely kind. He assessed the entire space and came up with a great solution for us; one that we should have done years ago. Since he was here he also took care of some outlet issues in my daughter’s room. I also felt comfortable enough leaving for a quick appointment while Billy was here. A couple weeks later the breaker popped again. Billy came back. In the initial visit he suggested that our air compressor could have been bad. On this visit he was able to determine beyond doubt that it indeed was faulty and causing additional issues. I had agreed to pay the service fee just to get him out here for peace of mind rather than self diagnosis, but because it was such a simple fix Billy reduced the charge for me. I highly recommend the company and will request Billy or the young gentleman who was in training with Billy for all future electrical needs. They are great, very knowledgeable and efficient.
