Sunnyside Music School is amazing! My daughter had Anna as a piano teacher and absolutely loves her. Anna is so attentive, patient and understanding and helped my daughter with piano skills and she’s gained so much confidence since beginning piano lessons with Anna. Highly recommend!
Great music school. Not pretentious feeling like many others. Reasonable with rescheduling within reason unlike many others too: Anastasia is animated and wonderful with my daughter and is an excellent voice teacher. Kelly, the owner, is great. No complaints.
Our family had a wonderful experience with Sunnyside and we were incredibly fortunate to have Anna Wang as our child’s piano teacher. From the very first lesson, Anna’s passion for teaching and her dedication to her students were evident. She made learning piano both enjoyable and engaging, creating a warm and supportive environment that encouraged progress and confidence. Anna’s patience, professionalism, and ability to connect with students made a huge difference in our child’s musical journey. She helped build strong technical skills and nurtured a true love for music. Her lessons were always well-structured, and she adapted her teaching approach to ensure steady improvement while keeping it fun. We are truly grateful for Anna’s time and commitment and will miss her greatly! I highly recommend learning from Anna if you have the chance. She is a fantastic teacher, and any student would be lucky to have her.
Sunnyside Music School is an excellent place for kids to learn an instrument, and enjoy making music/mastering a skill. My son has been taking guitar lessons here for several years (first on acoustic, then electric), and is having fun while also finding joy in working at mastering something. The owner is easy to reach and very supportive of musical education in children, and has always taken the time to answer any of our questions. We will be continuing here for years to come!
This music school is truly exceptional, has remarkable instructors and welcoming environment. I have been taking voice lessons with Anastasia and drums with Arien, both of whom are outstanding music teachers. Their expertise extends beyond their deep knowledge of music to a thoughtful and engaging approach to teaching. My daughter also takes guitar lessons with Mike and she greatly appreciates his approach to teaching. The atmosphere at the school is warm and inviting, reflecting the genuine passion for music shared by everyone there. The owner, Kelly, ensures that each student is paired with the teacher best suited to their musical tastes and goals.
