Doté d'une note Google exceptionnelle de 5/5, le studio se targue d'offrir un espace beau, propre et accueillant pour les passionnés de tous niveaux. Proposant une large gamme de cours, dont le Yin yoga apaisant, des flows dynamiques de yoga chaud et des séances spéciales réservées aux membres, SunState se consacre à accompagner le parcours de santé et de bien-être de sa communauté. I had a membership here for two years and loved every part of it. The class I attended the most was Yin and it was always a great way to end my day, especially with an instructor like Jess who is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had. I always left her class feeling better than when I entered and all my worries melted away. Ashley is another awesome instructor who is such a sweet person. Her hands on assists were always spot on and I enjoyed how she switched things up each time. The classes that are not Yin are great as well but they are more fast paced and the room is heated to the true level. The best part of those is at the end you are given a cold lavender scented towel which always felt like the perfect reward. I enjoyed the special classes they offer as well, especially the ones for members only. The only dislike I have is the parking. If you do not get there early enough, you probably will not find a place to park. There were a few times I had to miss a class because of this or due to random construction that blocked the road. The only reason I ended my membership is because I moved to a different city and the drive became too far. If I still lived closer, I would still be a member. If you are looking for a heated yoga studio, give this one a try as you will not regret it!
This studio has become my home studio and I have been to most of the studios in town. (they are all good but this one is awesome)!! The community vibe is great, lots of class times to choose from. The classes are well rounded and the studio temp perfect. Carrington the owner is very engaging and has created a wonderful place to practice. Ohhh and the lavender towels at the end of class the icing to a good sweat! Give it a try :)
I LOVE SunState. It is by far my favorite yoga studio! The space feels so welcoming from the moment you walk in and everyone is so kind. Every class leaves me feeling lighter, stronger, and more grounded. The classes and instructors are truly 10000/10. I’m so grateful for SunState. It’s such a special place!!
Beautiful space and beautiful people! Always feels very clean and welcoming! Love the variety of classes they offer too. 10/10 recommend! Update: I just took Anna's 8pm yin class and WOW. It was the most nourishing yoga class I think I've ever taken. She is an incredible teacher and I highly recommend her classes to anyone trying Sunstate for the first time
I love SunState Yoga! It’s my favorite yoga studio in St. Pete. I tried their intro special (one month unlimited), and then ended up coming literally every day. So obsessed with their hot power flow! The owner & all the yoga teachers are extremely friendly, and I’ve made some of my best friends in St. Pete through the studio. Love it here — feels more like a community than any other studio I’ve tried.
