First machine bay charged my card even though the auto car wash was broken, and then wouldn't refund the money. Second bay appeared to be working as 2 cars went through it before mine. However, when I went through, halfway through the wash cycle it stopped working and left my car with soap suds all over it and wouldn't rinse or dry the car even though I paid for tip level wash. No phone number to call to report issue. Definitely avoid the car wash. Not worth the hassle. They will take your money but wash doesn't work properly if at all. Complete waste of money. Had to go to another car wash next door and pay to finish the wash and get the soap off.
Great place to go to hand wash your car. I brought my own towels and wash mitt. Some wash bays accept credit cards.
Always pretty busy as it is one of the only remaining self service stall car wash left in the city. The equipment is well kept, never had an issue. Stalls have credit card readers, have to push button to extend time. Really wish they would upgrade to just let you press the button when you are done. Some stalls now have tap to pay.
Use the machines here at your own risk. One of the automatic washes charged me for a $15 wash, but the machine did not work. I also tried to put quarters into 2 separate vacuums. Neither vacuum worked nor did they return my quarters. I would give 0 stars if it was allowed.
Drive up for the Super Car Wash and there are two signs that say Open. Proceed down the road to the building only to see cones blocking it that can't bee seen till you drive all the way down. Then there is a sign that says they are open 8am-4pm, perfect for everyone that has a typical job. Why aren't there cones at the start of the drive so that customers don't drive down it? Then, the self wash bays, some take only Visa/Mastercard. At least one takes Discover but not Amex, there is no signage.
