I am so happy I called Supreme! Excellent service, excellent communication. They were very upfront with all charges. "My" electrician, Jeremiah, was awesome. He educated me and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. You guys are now My Electricians! Thank you so very much. And the bill wasn't scary. Bonus!
The definition of being charged by the hour than for the quality or completion of the work. Two technicians took five hours to install just three lights and two ceiling fans and still didn’t finish the full scope of the job. I now have to hire another electrician to complete the work and fix both fans, as they rattle when in use. One technician even dismissed basic safety protocol, telling the other that “there’s always juice in it” and suggesting the breaker didn’t need to be shut off. I had also informed the office in advance that one fan would be mounted on a high ceiling, yet no preparation was made. Instead, an hour was wasted retrieving a tall ladder, further dragging out the job unnecessarily. Overall, this felt like a careless and inefficient service and an expensive one at that.

Their tech Scott came through and quickly solved our problem! We moved into a new place recently and the washer/dryer GFCI was installed incorrectly by a different contractor. The scheduler also was able to schedule us quickly as well. We will be using Supreme again for any future problems.
Justin and team did a fantastic job responding to a major electrical issue on short notice and patching the system to allow us to use our house electrical system until they were able to schedule a full repair. The scheduled repair was completed on time and is very clean and professional. Justin and his team were a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely call them up next time I have electrical work.
