Great service great people they greeted us when we walked right in then pointed us in the right direction they were upfront with us and didnt hid anything and looked up if they had stock for us while we still browsed around we definitely will be back for aure and they have a flexiti finance program you can go through as well they also have really good deals on the couches and chairs also beds I will be referring all my friends and family to this amazing place thank you guys for being so amazing and understanding They are not pushy and didnt follow us around like the brick and leons dose thank you ladies and gents you guys are awesome

I purchased a loveseat with built-in wireless charging from this furniture store on December 29th. Today - 4th January , I contacted the store to ask if I could exchange it for the actual sofa instead, as I’ve discovered an issue with the wireless charger. I was told that exchanges or returns are not allowed because it has been over 3 days. This policy is extremely disappointing.There is no way to properly test whether a wireless charging feature works safely and consistently within just 3 days of purchase. After normal use, the wireless charger has begun overheating, which is a serious concern.
Sales clerk was very pleasant. We knew what we wanted so our transaction was concluded quickly. The delivery crew was on time and very efficient. They were professional and courteous. This was not my first experience there and probably won't be my last.
Not happy with our visit. We live a few hours away from Edmonton and we're in the city for other things but decided to stop in the store and check out some of the couches for sale. The first sales person we met was great, let us know that some items are taking a few months to get in once ordered but others are available very quickly, possibly same or next day. He then sent a different associate to help us, which is fine. But I dont need a sale associate following RIGHT behind us. Literally just a few feet behind us in a show room that is not large to begin with. There was one set we were interested in, the sales associate just told us that she has no idea when it would be in. Didn't even try to find out and then tried to pressure us into other sets we were not interested in, even after we told her we didnt want those sets due to material or just the fact we didnt like them, she kept pushing to buy one of the others then switched too trying to convince us to put a deposit on a set that had a completely unknown availability date, which makes zero sense for us to do. Why would i put money down on a couch set that could take 6 weeks or 18 months to be available and no idea when that time frame might be? When we asked about warranty on any of the sets, we couldn't get a straight answer and then we're shown a box with what I assumed was protection spray for fabric and then told there was a code. But again, we couldn't get a direct answer on warranty and how it would work if any issues arose. We decided to look around the rest of the fairly small show room, and again the sales associate was literally feet behind us trying to pressure us into buying other things, even after I mentioned we just wanted to look at other items to see what they all had, she didn't stop following and pressuring us.. we ended up just leaving and wont be going back. We are very understanding people but when simple questions can not be answered, like how warranty works or when someone who works there cant even try to find out when an item may be available and we are constantly being pressured to buy items we dont want, it makes shopping at a place like that very uncomfortable.
