The sympathy flowers that were sent were amazing.We actually ordered it for a friend of ours, and it was spot on. The colors were amazing and the flower choice was exceptional. The quality of the flowers were fresh. And were delivered on time. We would certainly use the You Surroundings again. Thank you.

Second time I have used Surroundings. I live in northern Virginia and have a family member who lives in Belleview. On both occasions staff was very helpful with fulfilling my order. According to the recipient, delivery to her home was smooth and prompt on the requested date. She was also very happy with the beauty of the arrangments. Will certainly do business with them for future occasions and I recommend them for your floral needs.
We had flowers delivered to us by Surroundings. They were ordered from friends who live in a different state and they ordered through the 1-800 number. They were left on our front porch with no message, voicemail, no text message and they were left there for 2 days. We received a call from the person sending the flowers wanting to know if we received them. The answer was no. I then looked on our front porch and there they were with no plastic covering of any kind to protect the flowers for 2 days. We were out of town they day they were delivered! The company could of at least left a note on the door, a text message or a voicemail about the flowers on our front porch without any covering. If we would have know they were there we could have had a neighbor bring them in. I called to speak to the manager about it and he stated he has a very reliable delivery driver who did leave us a message. He did NOT leave us any message. So much for customer service. I will never use the business and I will never recommend them to anyone! Word of mouth goes a long way for a small business!
Incredible customer service! The flowers were fresh and gorgeous. I received exactly what I wanted at a fabulous price point. The people at Surrounding Events really cared that my event would be perfect! I am so appreciative for the care they put into making my floral arrangements spectacular and memorable!
