Ed with Sutton Brothers deserves a raise. During winter storm Fern, while many were without heat and power, and roads were too unsafe to travel… while other companies were happily and helpfully scheduling appointments for the following day or two, Ed and Sutton Brothers went the extra mile, offering free advice to try and help people solve their own problems and triage appointments for the following days. He was kind, patient, and helped me think and work through my heating issue, ultimately helping me solve it free of charge, over the phone. Incredible service in a time of need. Highly recommend them based on this extra effort of help and service when they easily could’ve taken the day off and planned for another day.
Our house had been without heat for almost two weeks in the middle of January. After troubleshooting what we could and tired of using space heaters, we decided it was time to call a professional. Sutton Brothers from start to finish was fantastic! From initial scheduling, Shelly made us a next day appointment and worked with our timeframe. From the first appointment, Hunter was very thorough and explained the gas furnace's issues with us, showed us the problem(s) and recommended replacement. We decided to get an estimate and was hoping it could be done quickly. Ian came out same day and gave us the proposal with several options for payment. Theresa scheduled our replacement installation for two days later. With bad weather approaching the upcoming weekend, they shuffled some things around to make it work. Amazing! The installation team (only name I remember was Tito, but there were several others) was nothing short of amazing. They took their time to do things right and didn't take short cuts to make their job easier. They worked for 10 hours and when they left, they cleaned everything up and took away all the old equipment. I recommend this company 100%. They are honest, caring and our house is the warmest it's been in years! Thank you Sutton Brothers!
We purchased a heat pump from Sutton Brothers Heating just before Christmas. The process was perfect. Our sales rep did an awesome job and was very helpful. Then, the installation team was flawless. They made sure to have everything done before the new year so wecould get the federal tax credit that was expiring. The installers were professional, polite and very dedicated. Then, we noticed we had an issue with as electrical breaker. We thought it might be related to the install so we called them back. They quickly came and showed us it was an old breaker getting tired and not related to the install. The gentleman that came was very professional and explained everything to my wife. I recommend Sutton Brothers 100%!!!
