I arrived here around 5pm on a Friday. Despite having 3 other people and only an hour until closing time, the Sam was very attentive and efficient. I was able to drop off my laptop very quickly. Jerome is very competent, he could immediately identify what laptop I was using and the issue we'll face. He tried his best to contact suppliers, but there's simply unfortunately no stock here. In the end, they were able to save all my data to an external USB instead for $99. This seems like a reasonable price for an SSD, but the great lengths they went through to try to save my laptop and the hospitality they've shown really made it all the more worth it. Thank you!
I ordered a desktop PC from Sydney Central Repair all the way from Brisbane, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly kind, honest, and trustworthy, which immediately gave me confidence. The communication was clear and prompt, the price was very reasonable, and the PC itself is excellent — fast performance, clean and professional build, and exactly as promised. You can clearly see the care and experience that went into assembling and testing the system. Even though I’m based in Brisbane, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The PC arrived safely, well packed, and in perfect condition. It runs beautifully and offers amazing value for money. I truly appreciate the owner’s honesty and friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a business you can trust this much, especially when ordering from interstate. I brought my laptop in for cleaning and a CPU thermal paste refill. The service was excellent — fast, professional, and very thorough. After the service, my laptop runs much cooler and noticeably faster. Really reliable shop, highly recommended!
Many of my Thai friends recommended this shop, especially Bee from the Thai Facebook group. She said this is the shop to go to because the owner is very honest, kind, and always looks after Thai customers — and she was absolutely right! My desktop PC kept shutting off by itself, and I had no idea what was wrong. I took it to the shop, and Jerome figured it out straight away — it was an overheating issue caused by a broken water cooler. He offered me the best budget-friendly air cooler and installed it in just 30 minutes. My CPU temperature used to reach 100°C with the broken cooler, but now it stays around 50–60°C max with 100% load! I’m very happy with his quick solution, fair pricing, and excellent service. Definitely will recommend him to my friends and family!
The place was really helpful with repairing my laptop problem!! my laptop was shutting down due to cpu temperature being too high. They cleaned up my fans and even helped me apply a new thermal paste! now my laptop is working fine and temperature dropped 20-30 degrees even when running highly demanding quality games.
