Called asking about inventory, on Thursday of last week. Went by on Friday and was basically given the middle finger and find to come back Tuesday, came in Tuesday and was given a shrug and told we don’t know, was told to go to the West Hollywood location. Went to the weho location and was given the same customer service. Great combo bad customer service + empty shelves, will definitely keep folks loyal.
I love this place, they are so good with my dog, it makes traveling so much easier knowing she’s in duh good hands!
I gotta say, this is the best my dog has smelled in a long time, not even perfume-y, just totally no scent. Makes me feel like very safe products were used on him, and like your staff did the most thorough job. I'm looking forward to keeping this relationship going. Thanks!
LOVE this place. Great selection of food and treats, always well stocked, the most adorable doggie treats I've ever seen and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Doggie dayvcare, grooming, mobile teeth cleaning events...it's seriously a one stop shop for my little Rockstar. I think Inhave more fun there than he does most of the time. Recommended 10/10.
Tailwaggers is pretty good. They have the things that I buy and also the things I don't buy. My cat is the Liz Taylor of cats. She likes what she likes and she doesn't like what she doesn't like. The only problem I have with tailwaggers is all the clerks greet me happy with big smiles when I come in. That makes me feel uncomfortable in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is the Dark Nau of towns.
