An exceptional experience. I literally found this shop by accident...I was referred to Tampa Body Shop by the person who hit my car. That driver wanted to handle it privately without going through insurance. After receiving two estimates from shops that didn't impress me, and reading this shop's reviews, I took my car there. Eddie is the icing on the cake of a great experience. One of those instantly likeable people who also has an impressively extensive knowledge of automotive paints and coatings. He genuinely cares about your car, it's not just his job. After he explained the repair procedure, including answering my questions about their paints (the same brand paint the factory used when my car was manufactured) and other products that would be used, I decided to not only have them repair the accident damage, but to also repair some other unrelated issues at my expense. The work was promised to be completed much sooner than I was expecting and it was ready exactly on time. The most critical aspect of any body work is, of course, the quality of the work and that exceeded my high expectations. Sheet metal repair was undetectable, no overspray and the paint was defect free...no orange peel, runs or foreign matter in the paint. The repaired panels looked like the car just rolled off the assembly line. Tampa Body Shop has earned my future business and referrals. A clean, well organized shop using high quality paints and related products, offering superlative customer service, MORE than reasonable prices, very high level of repairs and quick service. If you need auto body repairs, you really should go there for an estimate. You will be more than satisfied with every aspect of the repair experience.

My insurance company wanted to total my vehicle because the airbag deployed during a minor accident. The car drove fine. Eddie and his team were able to take care of all the auto body work and get the computer system working with the new airbag and seatbelt. I appreciate their willingness to find parts and help us get our car back to normal. We are very happy with the results. Thanks again Eddie!
