They responded same day when a yellow jacket hive formed inside my through-unit air conditioner, and they handled the job with incredible thoroughness and care. The technician was reliable, communicative every step of the way, and made sure the problem was completely resolved. Highly recommend this company to anyone who requires rodent removal. They removed a squirrel from a tight space in my closet very quickly and easily, without harming the animal. They even determined how the squirrel entered the building, and offered preventative services for the future. In addition, they did all of this late on a Sunday with very short notice. The price was a bit high, but in the end, it was worth it given the situation.
