When I first moved to the area, I was curious to try bc I've never tried threading before; I had started a new job, and when I mentioned I lived in Eagle Rock, my coworker said that she went to this place, so that gave me the confidence to try. They completely let me down. The wait time was like an hour, the ladies were not very nice, and I felt I was being rushed, she also left my brows uneven. Have not been back since. Fast forward to about a year later, my coworker literally apologized for recommending the place, bc the quality had gone down. I told her 1 and done!
I went to Tatiana’s brow salon for the first time based on the excellent reviews. The lady I saw, not sure what her name is, was very sweet but she went way too hard on my left brow. During the threading process I told her it hurt but she continued so I trusted that she knew what she was doing. When she finished with the left brow, I checked the mirror and was shocked to see that my eyelid was very red and I had several cuts on my eyelid and under my eyebrow. I let her know I was not happy about the cuts at all and asked her to be more gentle. Overall she did a good job and I’m happy with the shape of my eyebrows, but I’m just very dissatisfied about the cute on my eyelid and below my eyebrow.
I have been going to Tatiana Brow Bar for 3+ years & I can honestly say that this place is the best eyebrow threading bar that you will find in the Los Angeles area. Tatiana always has me walking out with perfect eyebrows & the price is unbeatable! She & her staff are friendly, professional & their customer service is excellent!
