Cannot praise the studio, with its calming vibes, cleanliness, and all round amazing staff. I was lucky enough to work with Jodie on a large artwork for my arm, with only vibes and references she freehanded exactly what I was hoping for and handled my anxious chatter like a total queen. From only having a small tattoo previously, I didnt think I'd get through a full day, let alone an hour of a tattoo, but her patience, process and knowing she is an amazing artist made the day a breeze! Would 10/10 recommend Jodie and Tatt Bratt!

Kaylah is absolutely lovely and did an amazing job on my tattoo. This piece was very meaningful to me, and she took such great care with it, making sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable the whole time. It took me a long time to decide who to go to, and I’m so genuinely happy that I chose her. Her work is beautiful and thoughtful, and you can tell she truly cares about what she does. The studio itself was also very clean, calming, and such a peaceful space to be in. I couldn’t recommend Kaylah and the Tatt Bratt team enough and will definitely be back.
I got my handpoked tattoo done by Avali. And I’m so so happy with it! It looks amazing and she was really friendly as well! Would recommend coming here for your next tattoo :)
Absolutely blown away by our experience at Tat Brat Newcastle! My daughter and I came in for matching fine line tattoos, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the team made us feel completely comfortable and at ease—super friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. The studio itself has such a cool, welcoming vibe. Clean, stylish, and you can tell they really care about creating a safe, inclusive space. Our artist took the time to make sure the design was exactly what we wanted and gave great advice to make sure it would look perfect on both of us. The fine line detail is absolutely stunning—delicate, precise, and beautifully done. It was such a special experience to share with my daughter, and we’re both obsessed with the final result. It means so much to us, and we’re so glad we chose Tat Brat for it. If you’re after meaningful, high-quality work in a relaxed and empowering environment, this is the place. Can’t recommend them enough!
